How to Order
0 - Terms and Conditions: Read and agree to my terms of service and guidelines1 - Contact Me: Send me a DM on any of my active social media platforms with your concept idea you wish to order. Please Include: A description of your commission details (outfit, pose, specific requests, expression, background, etc.) Reference pictures (provide as many as you can).2 - Pay the Invoice: Pay the invoice(Via Arty.ooo Invoices) for the agreed-upon price.3 - Provide Feedback: Share your thoughts on the draft, sketch and final colors.4 - Receive Your Final Piece: Once completed, you can finalize the payment to receive your art without watermarks.
Term and Conditions:
• Full payment is required upfront through Arty.ooo invoices, which do not require an account and can be paid via PayPal. You can purchase just the sketch first and buy the full commission later. The price you paid for the sketch will be discounted from the total.
• Adding or changing details once the commission starts may incur extra fees.
• I reserve the right to decline any commission if the details exceed my capabilities.
• One major revision is free during the sketch phase. After the drawing is finished, only color adjustments, minor changes, and corrections can be made.
Rights and Usage:
Artist:• I retain original copyright and ownership of the work, which includes redistributing, reproducing, advertising, and displaying the work on my websites, social media, and portfolios at my discretion.
• I am allowed to use or recreate the pose sketch I made.Client:• The client has ownership of the artwork but cannot claim it as their own.
• The client cannot use the artwork for reproduction, profit, or commercial use unless discussed beforehand.
• Any works created by me are NOT AUTHORIZED for use in any technology related to AI training/generation or NFTs.
• Feel free to share, but please credit me appropriately.
