How to Order

0 - Terms and Conditions: Read and agree to my terms of service and guidelines1 - Contact Me: Send me a DM on any of my active social media platforms with your concept idea you wish to order. Please Include: A description of your commission details (outfit, pose, specific requests, expression, background, etc.) Reference pictures (provide as many as you can).2 - Pay the Invoice: Pay the invoice for the agreed-upon price.3 - Provide Feedback: Share your thoughts on the draft, sketch and final colors.4 - Receive Your Final Piece: Once you approve, you can finalize the payment to receive your art without watermarks.

Term and Conditions:

- Payment: Full payment is required upfront.- Scope Changes & Fees: Adding or changing details after the commission begins may incur extra fees. Large or substantial changes will be quoted separately.- Right to Decline: The Artist may refuse any commission that exceeds capabilities, violates policies, or raises legal/ethical concerns.- Revisions: Revisions are free during the sketch/thumbnail stage. After final linework or rendering is delivered, only color adjustments, small corrections, or minor edits are included; major revisions will incur additional charges.- Cancellations & Refunds: All sales are final. The Artist does not issue refunds except under the Artist Non-Completion clause below.- Artist Non-Completion: In the event that the Artist is unable to complete the commission, both the Artist and the Client will discuss and agree upon a resolution. This may include, but is not limited to, the Artist providing a full refund, delivering the completed work to date alongside a partial refund proportional to the unfinished portion, or finding an alternative solution that satisfies both parties.

Rights and Usage:

### Definitions
- Artist: The creator of the artwork.
- Client: The purchaser or commissioner of the artwork.
- Artwork: The final delivered piece and any intermediate files created by the Artist.
- Pose sketch: Any preliminary sketch or pose concept made by the Artist.### Ownership & Copyright
- Artist Rights: The Artist retains full copyright and ownership of the Artwork. The Artist may reproduce, display, publish, advertise, and include the Artwork on personal websites, social media, portfolios, and promotional materials at their discretion.
- Client Rights: Upon full payment, the Client receives a non-exclusive license to use the delivered Artwork as described below. The Artist may also retain and use copies for promotional and archival purposes.### License to Client (Permitted Uses)
- The Client may use the Artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes (e.g., personal display, profile images, personal prints).
- The Client may not reproduce, sell, license, or commercially exploit the Artwork unless a separate commercial license is obtained in writing from the Artist.### Restrictions & Prohibitions
- The Client may not claim authorship of the Artwork or present it as their own original creation.
- The Artwork is not authorized for use in AI training, AI image generation datasets, or for minting as NFTs without explicit, prior written permission from the Artist.
- The Client may not alter the Artwork in a way that misrepresents the Artist’s moral rights where applicable (e.g., modifications that damage reputation), unless mutually agreed in writing.### Attribution & Sharing
- The Client may share the Artwork publicly but should credit the Artist where reasonably possible### Commissioned Work & Pose Sketches
- The Artist may reuse, reproduce, or adapt any pose sketch or concept they created for a commission in future works, unless a separate agreement states otherwise.
- If a Client requires exclusive ownership of a pose or concept, an additional exclusivity fee and a written agreement are required.### Delivery, Payment & Cancellation
- Delivery occurs after full payment unless otherwise agreed.
- Work remains the Artist’s property until full payment is received.
